Mount Pleasant Ski and Bike Patrol is a non-profit and volunteer organization that provides first aid to outdoor enthusiasts. Would you like to donate?
In order to keep our lesson programs affordable and provide a consistent lesson for both you and your family and our staff, unfortunately, we do not offer make-up lessons or moving lesson days and times after the program has started.
Release for Season Pass Holders and Lesson Participants: In consideration for permission to engage in skiing, snowboarding, tubing, use of freestyle terrain, and any other form of recreation that involves moving across snow or ice (“winter activities.”) the user of this ticket (hereinafter, “Participant”) agrees: (1) to follow all rules and instructions, including the Skier’s Responsibility Code; (2) to assume the risk of injury, death, or property damage while engaged in winter activities. Risks assumed include, but are not limited to, falls, collisions with objects (manmade or natural), and collisions with other persons. Risks assumed also include those caused in whole or in part by the negligence of Mt. Pleasant or its employees and agents (collectively, “Mt. Pleasant”), ice, bare spots, trees, stumps, forest growth and debris, rocks, trail edge drop-offs, snow tubers in the same chute, terrain features, moguls, surface and subsurface snow and ice conditions, terrain outside ski area boundaries or not designated for winter activities, and using or attempting to use lifts; (3) to release Mt. Pleasant from liability, and to waive his/her right to sue for all losses arising out of or relating to the risks listed above, including the risk of negligence by Mt. Pleasant; (4) to venue and jurisdiction in the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County, PA (should Participant attempt to sue despite this release/waiver); (5) that this ticket may be revoked without refund for failure to follow rules and instructions; and (6) Mt. Pleasant is not responsible for lost tickets.
